The team of this division operates, for each intervention, following the new concept of Nearly Zero Energy Building – nZEB, i.e high energy efficient buildings which minimize the consumption of heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, hot water production.

We use energy from renewable sources, passive heating, cooling and shading systems, ensuring adequate indoor air quality and natural lighting in accordance with the architectural features of the building. Progetika Projects & Constructions specializes in building energy efficiency and applies the nZEB approach also in building refurbishment and redevelopment, with the aim of maintaining efficient infrastructure and high technology facilities.
